We may disclose your information to barristers, experts, courts, tribunals, other parties’ representatives, our service providers (such as IT, cloud storage, email and video-conferencing providers including Microsoft), and regulators where required by law. Some service providers may store data outside Australia; where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Confidentiality and legal professional privilege
Information you provide in connection with legal advice is treated as confidential and may be protected by legal professional privilege. Please note that submitting a form on this website does not by itself create a lawyer–client relationship.
