Our philosophy

Our intent is to act for you in a way that actually resolves your legal problem — without you spending too much time, energy and money dealing with it. We aim for a fair, quick and cost-effective resolution at all times. Many lawyers are not incentivised to resolve problems quickly. We are.

Our philosophy is to act for you as if we were acting for ourselves. Nightingale Lawyers is founded on teamwork, mastery and heart.

A diverse practice, one approach

We keep a small team with a broad practice because we enjoy solving problems, and because it keeps our focus on you and our costs down. The legislation, procedures and courts vary from matter to matter, but the stress our clients feel does not. Fundamentally, the problems are the same.

First we identify your objectives. Then we foresee and mitigate the risks. Finally, we work together as a team to bring about the resolution you want. It is not in your interests to spend all your time and money on lawyers — so we never ask you to.
